Job Description
Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Cook to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals according to the preferences and dietary requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and create new recipes.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor or chef.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
