Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Driver to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating and maneuvering heavy trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy trucks in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its roadworthiness.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and maintain communication with dispatchers.
- Handle loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a heavy truck driver, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to operate heavy trucks safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
